Arthur Liu
Arthur Liu is a Partner at Dial Partners, primarily responsible for the execution of advisory transactions for our clients but also supports the firm's origination of projects.
Arthur started his career at Deutsche Bank where he was a member of the Corporate Finance division and Corporate Advisory Group. His primary focus at Deutsche was in M&A, executing a number of transactions across a range of sectors, most notably in Oil & Gas, Leisure, Consumer and Healthcare.
At UBS, Arthur established himself as a sellside M&A investment banker having been a member of the acclaimed Exclusive Sales and Divestments Group. Most recently, Arthur's origination and transaction experience was applied at Barclays Capital where he was member of the fast-growing M&A team.
In over eleven years of practicing M&A, Arthur has completed numerous transactions as financial adviser including Barclays Capital's sale of the operating assets of Care Principles; Apax Partners and the management team of Healthcare at Home's sale of Healthcare at Home; British Vita plc's recommended cash acquisition by TPG; Punch Taverns PLC's acquisition of Pubmaster; Boots Plc's divestment of Halfords Ltd; and BP's disposal of Veba Oil & Gas.
Arthur holds a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Manchester and is deeply involved in the activities of Rosslyn Park FC where he has been a player and member for ten years.
With strong Chinese roots, Arthur is fluent in Cantonese and Ha-ka.
