Philip has advised numerous corporate and private equity clients throughout Europe and the U.S. and has led several successful M&A projects in the Aerospace and Defence, Technology and Business Services sectors. He is currently based in Sydney, Australia.

Prior to joining Dial Partners, Philip headed-up the corporate development effort at Management Consulting Group Plc. and held the position of CFO with a London based data analytics start up. Philip started his Investment Banking career at Jefferies & Co. where he was part of that investment bank’s M&A and Aerospace and Defence teams both in London and New York.

Philip holds an MSc in Management from Cass Business School (London, UK) and a BEng in Business Engineering from the Hogeschool van Utrecht (Utrecht, The Netherlands). Philip is a Dutch national.
